The most intriguing feature of the upcoming All New HTC One
is its dual camera on the back. While we’re not exactly sure what the
duo can achieve several theories have been put forward.
Among the various possibilities, the dual camera set up can be used to zoom in on objects without having to use digital zoom. It can also help achieve depth of field variations after clicking the photograph, as well as achieve faster autofocus, better low light photography and reduce the overall noise. We’ll know exactly what more the cameras are capable of once the phone gets announced on March 25th.

Well, evleaks has posted a close up render of the dual camera set up on the new One’s back. It shows what we already know though and doesn’t reveal anything new. There’s a smaller lens just above the regular camera. On the lens’ left is a dual tone LED flash, similar to the iPhone 5s.Among the various possibilities, the dual camera set up can be used to zoom in on objects without having to use digital zoom.
