Nokia has announced that it will be bringing Windows Phone 8.1 to its entire Windows Phone 8 range of Lumia handsets.

Like always, the phone maker will also be adding some of its own software goodies to sweeten the deal further. This time around, the update will be called Nokia Cyan (and not Cherry Blossom Pink, as rumored earlier). Previously, the GDR2 carrying update was called Lumia Amber, while the one with GDR3 onboard was known as Lumia Black.
The update will also bring advanced new features like enhancements to the camera roll and Creative Studio, as well as an improved Nokia Storyteller app. That, of course, with all the other features of Windows Phone 8.1, including Cortana, Action Center, Swipe keyboard and more.
Nokia hasn’t given any timeline on the update, but given their track record in the past, it should take well over a month or two.
