ASUS has announced their 8 inch Windows 8.1 tablet, the VivoTab Note 8 at CES 2014. The VivoTab Note 8 is designed for one-handed use and comes with a professional Wacom digitizer stylus.

The Wacom stylus makes this little tablet perfect for note-taking in OneNote or being creative in apps like Fresh Paint. The device comes with a HD display is light weight at 380g.
It comes powered by the latest Intel Atom Z3740 processor, 2GB of memory, up to 64GB of solid-state storage with the ability to use up to 64GB microSD cards, and up to 8 hours of battery life.


The VivoTab Note comes with Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office Home and Student which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. The Wacom digitizer features over 1,000 levels of pressure sensitivity and palm rejections for the best possible accuracy and responsiveness when using the pen.
As of now there is no mention on the pricing of the device and also the availability.
