has announced the launch of this tablet is UK based and named “Datawind”. The tablet would cost only 29.99 Pounds and it will possess all the important features that a normal device should possess.
The device will possess an
Android Ice Cream Sandwich and will be equipped with 4 GB storage. The
tablet was basically designed for students studying in the universities
but now the reports suggest that it could be surfaced in the regular
market too. It was designed for the Indian market specifically but now
it might have a worldwide launch.
The world’s cheapest tablet by
the company “Datawind” will feature all the important specs that are
seen in the other devices. A storage capacity of 4GB is assigned to the
tablet. It’s memory can be furthered with the help of a microSD card up
to 32 GB. The Ice Cream Sandwich software provided with the tablet is of
the 2011 division. Tesco and Aldi had been selling their own tablets
recently and they sported a very cheap price but this tablet has broken
every record set by these stores. The new cheapest tablet of the world
will actually be 50 pounds cheaper than Aldi’s lifetab and 70 pounds
cheaper than the Argos’ MyTablet. It has broken the record set by Tesco
too. The Tesco’s tablet Hudl costs 90 pounds more expensive than this
tablet.
Initially this tablet was
designed for the universities in India so that the students could make
use of such tablets while working on projects. However, the popularity
of this tablet has forced the company to release it worldwide. The other
regions of the world will also experience the credibility of the
world’s cheapest tablet very soon.

The other specs of this tablet
have also surprised everyone as it possesses a Cortex A8 1GHz
processor. The built-in games and the education apps are a “add on” in
this tablet.

bought at a minimum price of 60 pounds.
When the Tesco’s tablet was
launched at the market, the company officials stated that it has not
compromised on the quality of the device in order to reduce the pricing.
This tablet looked very promising and remained on the tongue of the
purchasers for a long time. Tesco also insisted that this tablet would
give a tough competition to its rivals in the market and rightly so.
Now, the tablet announced by “Datawind” will cost as low as 29.99
pounds, breaking all the records. Previously, Argos had also launched
its own tablet that cost the users 99.99 pounds. It was known by the
name, “MyTablet”. The tablet ran on the Google’s Android Jelly Bean and
possessed a memory of 8 GB.
Aldi broke the dreams of Argos
and other stores by launching its own tablet that cost as low as 79
pounds. This tablet had been launched recently.

The kindle range of
Amazon has also been refreshed and the prices have dropped down
incredibly to 119 pounds. Such a low in price had never been viewed
before in the market.
The ONS figures that have been obtained
recently show that UK has registered as much as 29 percent of the
households that do not possess computer and 36 percent of them have no
access to the internet. With the development of technology and
