HTC One Android 4.4.2 KitKat Update for European

Delivering on its promise of bringing Android KitKat to the HTC One within 90 days, the company has started seeding the update in Europe, or France to be more specific.

That’s 11 days before the promised deadline, although, the claim was made for the phones on the US soil. But with the carrier situation in the US as it is generally, it’ll be interesting to see if HTC would be able to keep its promise.
The update brings Android 4.4.2 KitKat to the phone along with the updated Sense 5.5 UI. Among other changes, users should observe overall improvement in performance and speed. Now, it remain to be seen how long will HTC take to push the update in other regions. Although seeing the past record, we hope it should reach other countries’ shores in a matter of days.
