Samsung
is riding on a high note these days, thanks to the super success of
Samsung Galaxy S4 and other variants of the phone produced by the South
Korean company.

No other company has excelled as much as Samsung in the
year 2013 and it is not looking to hold back. The South Korean company
has been capitalizing on the popularity of its Galaxy brand very well.
The new device in the same league will be Samsung Galaxy S5. It is seen
as the successor of Samsung Galaxy S4.
Samsung Galaxy S5 is a hefty
project that the South Korean company is working on and it does not want
to leave any trail or miss out any possible feature. There have been
rumors in the market regarding this device and market experts are
constantly discussing about the features of this anticipated phone. If
not mistaken, this phone is anticipated to be the best seller of the
year 2014.
According to the new rumors
that have leaked about Samsung Galaxy S5 suggest that it will possess a
Quad HD Screen and also fingerprint scanner along with the eye scanner.
These reports have been recently leaked by ZDNet Korea.
This website has suggested that the South Korean Company has geared up
to welcome the newest feature in mobile, the QHD screen. It will be
equipped in the new Samsung Galaxy S5. The Iris verification technology
will also be present in the 2013 smartphones of Galaxy S5. The screen
would measure a resolution off 2560*1440 which is making a buzz in the
market.

This resolution is actually quite similar to that of a 27 inch
iMac. However, the screen size has not been confirmed yet but it is
expected to linger around 5.5 inches. The idea behind the screen size
would be “Not to compete with the likes of Galaxy Note line”.
The reports leaked by ZDNet Korea have been confirmed by the other websites like BGR
too. They have announced that Samsung will now not only release Galaxy
S5 in a plastic body variant but also in the high end metallic version.
It will also possess a 64 bit processor which will work alongside 3 GB
of RAM and be equipped with a long working battery of 4000 mAh.
The next sensation of the
South Korean company will possess both the finger print sensors as well
as iris scanners in order to elevate the security of the phone. The eye
tracking technology already entered the market through Samsung Galaxy S4
and the company is therefore looking to add some more elements to the
credibility of the eye tracking feature.
According to the rumors, Samsung Galaxy
S5 is expected to be featured and launched at the Mobile World Congress
2014 but no official statement has been received from the South Korean
company as of yet. However, the previous launch events of the Galaxy
events have not taken in any trade show. It would be no surprise if the
phone is launched in February/March.
