The Samsung Galaxy Note series has been among the best selling smartphones for Samsung. Although, the rather higher price tags of the Galaxy Note phones have kept them out of the reach of many.

Samsung of course doesn’t want that and has debuted the Galaxy Note 3 Neo. The phone is a stripped version of the Galaxy Note 3 and matches the Galaxy Note II more than the Note 3 in terms of specs.
It comes packing a 5.5 inch 720p Super AMOLED display, which is what the Note II came with. The LTE+ version of the smartphones comes with a hexa-core ( two 1.7GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex A7 cores) processor, while the HSPA+ version settles for a processor with four A7 cores at 1.6GHz. Other features of the phone include an 8 megapixel rear camera, 2MP front shooter, 2GB RAM, 16GB of built-in memory and 3,100mAh battery. All this weighs just 162.5 grams.
The overall design of the device matches that of the Galaxy Note 3 and Samsung has also included an S-Pen on the phone. Running on Android 4.3, Note 3 Neo will be made available in markets next month in black, white and green.
