Alleged Specs And Sony Xperia G New Pic Leaks

Shortly after we got treated to a first look at the Sony Xperia G, another leaked photo of the upcoming device made the rounds on Twitter.

Sony seems to be prepping another launch for MWC in the form of Xperia G. The alleged mid range phone has now surfaced on more than one occasion. The phone is sitting next to a Xperia Z1 in the leaked images, which hints at it being close to 5 incher.
Alleged specs of the Xperia G include a 4.8 inch display (probably 720p), 8MP camera, 8GB internal memory and 1GB RAM. There’s no word on the processor or the chipset yet.

 The phone should be the first mid ranger from Sony’s stables for 2014 after the T2 Ultra. With 10.7 million smartphones sold in last quarter, Sony should be focusing on growing that number by covering every tier of the market, something that most manufacturers realize.
