Although Nokia’s mobile division has numbered days with the Finnish giant, this hasn’t stopped the company from launching two more entry level devices before the sale of its mobile division to Microsoft is complete. The company has unveiled Nokia 220 and Asha 230 phones to take on entry level droids, something even it is making now.

Speaking on the Nokia 220 first, it is a candybar phone fighting for space in a touch screen world. It also holds the title of being Nokia’s cheapest data phone to date. The subtle looking phone comes with a 2.4 inch color display (never mind the resolution) and offers dual SIM support. There’s also a 2MP camera and support for 32GB microSD card. Although you might not get WhatsApp, there’s support for Facebook and Twitter. The phone will retail for $39 without taxes.

The more ‘advanced’ of the two is the Asha 230, which again is an entry level phone. It features a 2.8 inch QVGA touch display and comes with features like FastLane, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp and HERE Maps. The Dual SIM phone also supports microSD slot and will retail for $59 before taxes.
