Nokia Care App v 2.2 For Windows Phone

When you first start using Windows Phone or any new brand phone which you haven’t used before, there are not many apps to guide your through the process of migration from your old phone to new phone.

Migration just doesn’t include copy your contacts but also to understand the features in the phone and OS if you are a first time users.
Luckily,  Nokia Lumia series users have an inbuilt app–Nokia Care – that servers as an extensive knowledge base to do almost everything you wanted to do with Windows Phone. Though most of the time shop seller and online blogs help you get through, nothing beats having an app swipe away.

Features of Nokia Care App :

• Exhaustive User guide which includes basics, features explained, maps, office, phone management and much more. A search button is in the menu bar to make it easy for you.
• Tips and Tricks section serve as quick answer to most common things you wanted to do in the phone. Right from extending your battery life, to get direction and even personalizing your start screen which is the core essence of Windows Phone
• Videos : As most of the online users love to watch videos than just reading text, this section helps you with most basic stuff in Windows Phone. Editing Photos, setting up social accounts, skydrive integration and so on.
• FAQ section is self explanatory.

Finding nearest care point:
Nokia has huge number of service center which they term as Care Point. When the guide cannot help you any more and your phone is just acting up, the app lets you find nearest care point or one tap access to call center number to get your issue resolved.
So if you are starting with Nokia Lumia Windows Phone or having a trouble with your phone, I will strongly suggest you to have a look and explore the options and even make a search there and then go else where.
